Veatra Cruz
Founder & President
United States Navy Veteran
Veatra Cruz founded The Women Veterans Company to shine a light on the unique challenges women veterans face after their military service — particularly women veterans of color whose experiences are often overlooked.
Driven by her own lived experience and a deep commitment to community, Veatra created TWVC to foster sisterhood, visibility, and meaningful support for women navigating life beyond the uniform.
Her passion for self-care, mental health advocacy, and holistic empowerment continues to shape the organization’s mission. Through beauty, wellness, leadership, and community-building initiatives, Veatra leads with the belief that healing, confidence, and connection are essential to long-term success and impact.
