Driven by her own lived experience and a deep commitment to community, Veatra created TWVC to foster sisterhood, visibility, and meaningful support for women navigating life beyond the uniform.

Her passion for self-care, mental health advocacy, and holistic empowerment continues to shape the organization’s mission. Through beauty, wellness, leadership, and community-building initiatives, Veatra leads with the belief that healing, confidence, and connection are essential to long-term success and impact.

Stephanie Gunner is a U.S. Air Force veteran, entrepreneur, and transformational leader dedicated to empowering women through business and community. As the owner of Squad Beauty Professionals and Vice President of The Women Veterans Company, she brings both military discipline and entrepreneurial expertise to her work.

Her passion for community building and business development fuels her impactful coaching and mentoring programs, designed to help women elevate their skills, strengthen their confidence, and build sustainable success.
